He has held several solo exhibitions, focusing in recent years on revisiting the history of Argentine art. He lives and works in Southern Patagonia. Some of his main exhibitions include \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 queda del da\u00f1o? Im\u00e1genes contempor\u00e1neas de la Guerra del Paraguay\u201d at Marc, Museo Hist\u00f3rico de Rosario; \u201cRuleta Greca\u201d at UV Estudios; \u201cArtista en Residencia\u201d at Perfuch 2, UV Estudios; \u201cPibes y Coqueter\u00edas\u201d at Cabinet solo project arteba, Galer\u00eda Miau Miau; \u201cCostera Criolla\u201d at CCK, Buenos Aires. He also published \u201cReconstrucci\u00f3n visual de registros textuales: Alberto Greco \u00a1Qu\u00e9 grande sos!\u201d by Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, and \u201cPettoruti Vincitor\u201d at Museo Provincial de Bellas Artes, Corrientes. Other exhibitions include \u201cUnicornios Y Federales\u201d at Vasari Galer\u00eda de Arte, Buenos Aires, and \u201cVarones\u201d at Museo Castagnino-Macro, Rosario.<br>He participated in the \u201cMalona!\u201d project, a commemorative project for the bicentennial at malba contempor\u00e1neo.<br>Alberto Passolini has received various awards and distinctions, including the \u201cBeca para Viajes Colecci\u00f3n Oxenford\u201d in 2014, the \u201cPremio Nacional Uade\u201d (First Prize) in 2008, the \u201cPremio Fundaci\u00f3n Octubre\u201d (First Prize) in 2006, the \u201cPremio arteBA-Petrobras de Artes Visuales\u201d (Second Prize) in 2004, and the \u201cBeca del Fondo Nacional de las Artes\u201d (Subsidy for Artistic Creation) in 2002. His visual art practice involves reinterpretations of historiographic texts and the use of visual elements, blurring the boundaries between the pictorial and written word.
