Lives and works in New York. Bringing together concrete and metaphorical images, Sof\u00eda Quirno \u0301s work proposes an experience of everyday associations. Infuenced by the Argentine tradition of Feminism, Surrealism, and Psychoanalysis, Quirno sets to play with exiting schemas using humor to evidence vulnerability.<br>Her paintings and installations reinterpret landscapes of life to enhance the perception of the strange and often funny experience that it is to be in the world.
